Our experience with Eric was great from the start. He took the time to come to our home and meet us when we were first interviewing realtors and spent about an hour talking with us, answering our questions, and explaining how the process would go. Once we had officially hired him he was always extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and always ensured if he was unavailable (ex. Going on vacation) we knew who we could direct our questions to. Even with some circumstances outside of our’s or Eric’s control, Eric and his team was always on top of managing the situation and making the process as smooth as possible for us. He is also extremely personable which was so nice – we loved working with Eric and would highly recommend him!

They were very professional. He knew the market and predicted exactly how the process would go start to finish. Was attentive and helpful through the entire process.

Outstanding from start to finish! My realtor's advice on preparing our home for the market was invaluable, and the marketing was top-notch. He is professional, communicates clearly, and brings genuine expertise to every aspect of the transaction. HIs team kept everything running smoothly. I could not recommend them more highly.
