I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kate King (William Raveis West Hartford) for both a sale and a purchase of real estate in West Hartford both within the last 7 months. My son Kevin was the buyer/seller but I was working closely with him. Kate is everything you would want in a real estate agent. She's smart, hardworking, incredibly available, personable , never frustrated always positive and reassuring. On the sales side she is truly an expert on staging a home for sale. She is also knowledgable on what improvements make sense financially to do to a house to make it more marketable.
