The offer also included terms that would COUNTER other offers by $1000 up to $25,000 ABOVE asking price. Luis certainly read our market better than we could! Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences. He always kept us in the loop of the closing activities. And all our old neighbors are thanking us for raising home prices in our old neighborhood! LUIS DID IT FOR US!
