Working with Ken Viele has been an absolute pleasure. Ken helped us purchase our first home in 2012. He was patient and listened to our needs as we searched for our home. When we decided to sell the home in January of 2025, Ken was our first call. He met with us to discuss our home and go over the process of selling our house. He contacted listing agents, scheduled showings, and FaceTimed with us during each viewing, allowing us to tour homes and ask questions in real time despite being 3,000 miles away. We could not be happier with the home we purchased, and we have Rick’s diligence to thank for it. He guided us through every step of the process, from connecting us with a loan officer and attorney to coordinating the home inspection and other essential services. Although we consider this our forever home, if the need ever arose, we would definitely use Rick’s services again. After listing at a price we thought was pretty aggressive, we accepted a CASH offer at that asking price 5 DAYS LATER! The offer also included terms that would COUNTER other offers by $1000 up to $25,000 ABOVE asking price. Luis certainly read our market better than we could! Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences. He always kept us in the loop of the closing activities. And all our old neighbors are thanking us for raising home prices in our old neighborhood! LUIS DID IT FOR US!

Shane is uncommon in today’s real estate market. He spent a significant amount of time ensuring that the selling of our property was priced right. He delivered not just on accuracy but as we were juggling a sell and purchase across the country, he had significant resources he was able to connect us with to resolve an incredibly challenging set of milestones. My relationship started over a decade ago with a rental. Always the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.
