Working with Ken Viele has been an absolute pleasure. Ken helped us purchase our first home in 2012. He was patient and listened to our needs as we searched for our home. When we decided to sell the home in January of 2025, Ken was our first call. He met with us to discuss our home and go over the process of selling our house. He sat with us and outlined his strategy for selling in the current market and recommended several things around the house that we could update if we chose to, but he didn’t pressure us to make changes. I always felt like we were part of a decision making team and that any of our concerns were always addressed. Ken has a great team, including a fantastic photographer who was able to showcase our home to potential buyers in his listing. Ken hosted a wonderful open house and his professionalism and preparedness was echoed throughout the event. It was well attended and ultimately led to the sale of our house. His knowledge of the market helped us price accurately and sell quickly. We have used Ken as a buyer and seller agent and cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his team.

It is difficult to put my feelings into words in regards to working with and my overall experience with Elizabeth. I almost feel as if the 'star' ratings and these words can simply not do justice to how much of an impact Elizabeth had on our first time home buying experience. It was after only a few short minutes that my fiancé and I knew that Elizabeth was perhaps one of the best real estate agents we could have ever hoped for. As we feared that any real estate agent would be pushy and arrogant, Elizabeth was comforting, kind and always had our best interest in mind. Elizabeth knew the area extremely well-- even steering us away from houses that she didn't see fit for our specific lifestyle and overall well being. While it is clear that Elizabeth truly holds an expert level of understanding within her craft, what I liked most about Elizabeth was her honesty. If she didn't know the answer to something, which was rare, she was truthful and was able to complete successful and scholarly research to get us the correct answers. She never once led us in the wrong direction. Not once. Most importantly, she went the extra mile to truly understand who we were as human beings in order to find out what home would best fit our needs. I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues. With real estate - the saying goes "location location location". Our experience for the second time with Carrie Sakey has been "communication communication communication". Carrie handled both our purchase of our home and the sale of our home and I can not speak enough about her attention to detail, and her constant care and management of our needs.
