Mick sold my house, thank God. I said to Mich I will only give you minimum time to sell my house which is 90 days (April) and he said with confidence, I won't need 90 days and he kept his word. I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June. I give Mich high recommendations, I was assured that he is honest and is very experienced and knows real estate, he supported my best interest, he did research in all housing aspects and let me know if renovations were certified by the city. I'd hired him all over again. ***** happy homeowner

I met Brian 3 years ago as I was looking to rent an apartment. He ran my credit and immediately empowered me to buy a home. I wasn’t quite ready but he still was patient and helped me search for 2 bedroom homes. He followed up with me consistently for 2 years! He never pressured but always reminded that he was available. I finally reached out to him once my credit was where it needed to be and he immediately connected me with prime lending. He was so impressive with his negotiation skills to secure the contract! A week later he helped me to secure a contract on my home . He was very diligent and very professional! He showed me houses at the drop of a dime and was just relentless in his pursuit of making me feel comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and even more courteous. He continues to follow up with me to help me get my unit rented in my multi-family. Brian doesn’t do this for the money, he does it because he genuinely wants to empower people. Jason did a wonderful job helping me buy my first home by myself. He is knowledgeable, responsive , on time.
