Tammy clearly has a deep knowledge of the housing market and is able to communicate this in clear language that is easy to understand. She is also a great listener and tuned in to her client's needs, which she prioritizes. She is exceptionally well networked and totally trustworthy - in short, a model professional. We will name our future cat after her, she is that good.
