Laurie is an EXCEPTIONAL realtor and person. She always puts her clients first and is fantastic at following through and keeping in touch with all responsible parties to get the deal done. Her communication skills are excellent and you can always depend on nothing but First Class service. I cannot recommend her enough as a realtor when you’re in the market to either buy or sell a house. She has gone above our expectations in the buying and selling of our own property. If I could give her 10 stars I

As a first time home buyer I didn't know how or where to begin, often feeling overwhelmed about  the process of getting a home. That's  until I met Rovi agent Kate Gervais. On our intial meeting she listened to my preferences and answered all my questions.  Kate came up with a well thought out game plan on how to execute this task going forward based on my individual circumstances and needs. After the first meeting she immediately began showing me listings that met my criteria. Kate consistently kept me in the loop as well as her being available for me to contact at anytime.  I had quite the difficult seller but Kate was there every step of way to advocate for me as her client.  Kate is the kind of Realtor you want in your corner. She went above and beyond  for me and I'm sure she will for you, if you select her as your Realtor.
