I've lived in several states and have bought and sold many houses in the past four decades. With the exception of one realtor, I've always had favorable experiences. In 2024, I needed to move to Connecticut, from Pennsylvania, and I began my search for a house online. I found one house that I was interested in and requested the help of an agent (online). The website put me in touch with Erik Sousa, who was not the listing agent for the house that I was interested in. Erik contacted me, and immediately we compiled a list of requirements; what type of house that would work for me and areas of the state that I might find desirable to live in (based on the information that I gave him). From that point on, Erik took the ball and ran with it. He not only sent me listings that might be of interest, but he researched each listing in great detail before discussing them with me. Then, because I lived out-of-state, Erik went to each listing for me and Facetimed me as he made his walk throughs. Not only did he share very detailed information with me about the house itself, both inside and outside, he shared videos of the street, neighborhood and adjoining areas. Erik worked seven days a week on my project and made himself available whenever I needed him for a consult. Needless to say, Erik was 110% invested. Because of Erik's guidance and expertise, I was comfortable with making an offer on a house in Bristol, from hundreds of miles away. The experience was wonderful, I absolutely love my new house, and I've never lived in a more friendly neighborhood. No other realtor has ever given me this type of dedicated service.
