I was pretty standoffish when i first met Christopher. Under the circumstances I did not want to hear a lot of nonsense and I believe i actually said to him, you don't have to sell yourself to me, prove yourself. That he certainly did. I did apologize to him for being so cynical. His professionalism and quickness in getting this house sold was amazing and a godsend to me.

By far the best experience and will definitely be using Danny in the future. He was a great Classmate, so I knew I was in good hands! My parents and I were in the Market for our Dream Home and we got that! Danny not only listened to our wants and needs, he kept us in our budget!!! He would send us a newsletter of new homes on the market; but he also sent us homes through texts that matched what we were exactly looking for! We walked through this home and fell in love! There were a few homes we got to take a tour in and it was perfect! The tours weren’t awkward at all & Danny made them fun! We got to see in person what we liked about homes and what we disliked! He didn’t over bid on the home to just feed his pockets, he priced it fair and knew we had a likely chance! Only one Bid & We got the House! This isn’t just luck, it is Strategy. We closed in a month & that’s very unheard of. NOT WHEN YOU WORK WITH DANNY. He made the process very easy & answered all of our questions! This was our first home to buy & Danny knocked this one out of the park! My dad did use his VA Loan and again Danny was very knowledgable with the VA Process as well! We are still in shock over the home, but I am so glad we had Danny by our side!
