Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home. Kelly kept us aware of things to watch out for, while also realizing this was a competitive property. Again multiple offers, and we ended up winning. Not only did Kelly help us through the purchase with constant back and forth communication, but she also stayed in touch after for things either the sellers (who are wonderful) or we had questions about. Last, Kelly is so down to earth and easy to like. Her easy going personality keeps stress levels down and joy of buying (even when frustrated) up. Highly recommend.
