Amy was very helpful in explaining the market conditions, comps, and timeline for the sale of my home. She was able to get the property under contract in less than a week. She worked with a professional photographer to get great pictures for our listing and was thorough in researching with the town, putting together the contract, and followed up quickly with the multiple offers we received. She was also our agent in the purchase of our new property and was very patient as we seemingly viewed endless properties to find our new forever home.
