In early December 2021 we met and she clearly and honestly told me what my house was worth as is and what it might sell for if I did a few updates. I followed every one of her suggestions. On the weekend the listing went live, I had 33 appointments for walk throughs. But the end of three days I had almost a dozen offers. I sold it well above asking. Not only that but Kathy kept in contact through all the steps and stages. Finally, when I needed to buy a house as well, and she was unavailable, Kathy immediately referred me to her colleague, who also was excellent.
