Wendy came in ready to sell and that she did. First day a request for an early viewing and then a request to cancel open house with an offer over listing price!! Under contract in three days!!! Never a doubt in my mind she wasn't on top of everything always pleasant always professional. Looking forward to seeing her in the spring to be the buyer this time. Thank you again for all that you did.

After patiently showing us houses for months, Wendy guided us through THREE real estate transactions within two months. To say it was busy and complex is an understatement. She was organized, accessible and very responsive throughout the process, which could easily have been an arduous endeavor. She was a wealth of knowledge, educated suggestions and a network of helpful subcontractors to address hiccups quickly. We highly recommend Wendy for your real estate needs!

We worked with Wendy for about a year looking for a seasonal home. She provided us with valuable advice while learning exactly what we were looking for. She only recommended properties that met our criteria. We looked at several homes and Wendy provided guidance on the positives and negatives of each. She advised us through the offer process and provided pointers on how to make stronger offers. Throughout the entire search and purchase Wendy was always available to talk, she kept us up to date on the progress and was very knowledgeable on the market.
