As a first time home buyer I didn't know how or where to begin, often feeling overwhelmed about  the process of getting a home. That's  until I met Rovi agent Kate Gervais. On our intial meeting she listened to my preferences and answered all my questions.  Kate came up with a well thought out game plan on how to execute this task going forward based on my individual circumstances and needs. After the first meeting she immediately began showing me listings that met my criteria. Kate consistently kept me in the loop as well as her being available for me to contact at anytime.  I had quite the difficult seller but Kate was there every step of way to advocate for me as her client.  Kate is the kind of Realtor you want in your corner. She went above and beyond  for me and I'm sure she will for you, if you select her as your Realtor.

Jennifer was extremely patient with us and walked with us through every step of the way in finding a perfect home. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to find just the right home for them. She went out of her way in several different occasions and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. She is very passionate about what she does and utilized that in helping me find my first home.

Ellyn was professional in every aspect of this transaction. She remained calm and collected in instances where I was not. I would recommend Ellyn to anyone who is either buying or selling a home.
