In 2024, I needed to move to Connecticut, from Pennsylvania, and I began my search for a house online. I found one house that I was interested in and requested the help of an agent (online). Then, because I lived out-of-state, Erik went to each listing for me and Facetimed me as he made his walk throughs. Erik worked seven days a week on my project and made himself available whenever I needed him for a consult. Needless to say, Erik was 110% invested. Because of Erik's guidance and expertise, I was comfortable with making an offer on a house in Bristol, from hundreds of miles away.
