We have bought and sold several houses in the past 5 years using Michael as our agent. We have bought and sold MANY houses over the past several decades, and Michael is far and away the most diligent, knowledgeable and tenacious agent we've ever worked with. His attention to detail and the "let's see how we can get it done" attitude is what sets him apart from the rest. His local knowledge of everyone you would need for your home (contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc) is extensive and reliable. We wouldn't work with anyone else.

Starting this experience of selling my house I was hesitant because of an agent I used in the passed, which was awful when I bought my house.
