We have bought and sold several houses in the past 5 years using Michael as our agent. We have bought and sold MANY houses over the past several decades, and Michael is far and away the most diligent, knowledgeable and tenacious agent we've ever worked with. His attention to detail and the "let's see how we can get it done" attitude is what sets him apart from the rest. Joe took the time to show me all the properties I was interested in while pointing out highlights of the neighboring areas. I was moving from out of state so Joe's knowledge of the area was indispensable.
