Leslie sold us our first home in Hartford back in September 2016, and she stayed in touch with us over the years without ever being pushy. When we were seriously considering a move about eight months ago, I had already taken initial steps like getting prequalified with our lender, but hadn’t fully committed to the process. Around that time, Leslie reached out, and I took it as a sign to move forward and reconnect with her. From the start, her market knowledge and guidance stood out. She helped us understand the value of our current home, brought in a stager who gave honest and practical feedback, and connected us with the right tradespeople to get the house ready. Every recommendation was thoughtful and effective. Leslie also did an excellent job setting expectations. She clearly explained the process, what was normal, and where things could get complicated. That became especially important because our lender (a CUSO) operated a bit differently than a typical bank. Because Leslie kept us informed and prepared, I knew exactly when and where to apply pressure to keep things moving. Her communication was consistent, direct, and responsive throughout. When we received our final commitment letter, she helped me understand it clearly, which gave me confidence going into closing. We went from accepted offer to signed paperwork in just 32 days, which speaks to her organization, professionalism, and ability to manage the process end to end. Leslie delivers. We’re looking forward to working with her again to sell our Hartford home.

Jordan worked very hard to win my business. He was not local to my area and initially that concerned me. He won the business and my trust through his professionalism and learning about the area. His narrative of the property was brilliant. We had multiple offers in the opening weekend and were under contract within days. Well done and thank you Jordan!

Natalie was extremely attentive to all of the facets of selling and purchasing a home. She was detail oriented, well informed and clearly communicated with us at all points. In a market that was unusually fast and demanding she stayed ahead of the demands. After listing our property late on a Friday afternoon, Natalie had an overwhelming number of showings scheduled by the beginning of Saturday morning. She stayed with the demand on both Saturday and Sunday and our home had six offers by late afternoon on Sunday. As each offer was presented, Natalie was prepared to advise us, work with agents representing the potential buyers and we accepted an offer by Sunday evening. The most prevalent comment we heard as we encountered prospective buyers was how "kind and competent Natalie was". Our buyer now stays in touch with Natalie as he acclimates to his residence and new town. Natalie was equally responsive and helpful as we navigated a very difficult buyers market. We, on several occasions intended to put an offer on a property almost immediately upon viewing only to find it already sold. Natalie was always equipped with additional properties to view and did an excellent job of advocating on our behalf. She offered excellent advice as we went through the inspection of our new property and was in touch with us throughout the day of the closings of our former home and purchase of our new home. We are also impressed with Natalie's follow through since we have moved into our new home. She checks in to make sure "everything is working out". We would highly recommend Natalie. Although new to real estate, she is unafraid to learn and reach out to professionals to make sure she is offering the best advice as her clients navigate the process of selling and buying a home.
