Taylor took me through the process and identified all issues which could arise depending on which loan I was able to secure. Once the bid was submitted and accepted, Taylor continued to assist and kept me on task with any action items. As Taylor was representing me as the buyer, the seller’s agent was not responsive and Taylor went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. She made a difficult task much easier by always responding immediately to any questions or issues as they arose. Taylor did an excellent job and I would recommend her and use her again for any future purchases.
