Rob was a huge asset when we bought our first home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas and homes we looked at. He was super responsive whenever we wanted to connect. We had started briefly with a different broker and when we switch to Rob we saw an immediate difference. I have referred him to my parents and he is now helping them to find a new home. Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs. Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!" I'm still not sure myself, but I know a huge part of it is absolutely due to Jade. Again, I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a dream to work with.
