Sallie was recommended to us by the listing broker who first showed us our now new home. From the start, we were drawn and comforted by her warmth and upbeat personality. In walking through the house we chose she pointed out the things that were good and the things that the home inspector should check out. What will always stand out to me as her greatest gift to me was to be by my side through the offer and substituent negotiations. I was nervous and asked her to go through each paragraph of the contract with me and explain it all so as to be sure I understood it all. The negotiations would not have worked out as they did without her input and experience. We so enjoyed working with Sallie and will work with her again if needed.
