This is the 3rd time I have worked with Kathleen on a purchase or sale of a house. She is knowledgable and thorough. This last time, technology and pandemic changed things abit but Kathleen was very good at explaining the processes and keeping me informed to statuses. She is very easy to work with and I highly recommend her services.

To say that Kristi is everything you could want in a real estate agent simply doesn't do her justice. Kristi helped me find and buy my home in Denver 5 years ago and just helped me sell that same home, all while I was living out of state. She dealt with every detail (from hiring a handyman, organizing the painters and cleaners, I could go on because there was a lot that needed to be done) all while I was living in California for a job. She priced my home appropriately given the ever changing housing market, and the home sold for what I wanted within the timeline that I needed. She is smart, kind, ultra responsive, and she even served as a bit of a therapist and calmed me down (sorry Kristi!!) when things with my renter didn't go as planned and my listing date was pushed back.
