He treated me professionally, understandingly, and compassionately, from day one. He showed a humble approach when setting our goals, after he and I discussed the logistics. He was respectful in the way he answered the many phone calls from me, was always available to take questions and, when and where possible, to offer suggestions. Yes, it did feel like he pushed me at times, but he did so when he must have sensed that I showed signs of not following through with my own timeline. He gave me accurate estimates regarding the outcome of my goals, his attention to detail being outstanding.
