Coming from out of state to buy in Colorado was a bit intimidating. . . . until we met Cindy! She was welcoming from the moment we met her. She helped us understand the buying process as it had been 34+ years since we bought the home that we sold to downsize & purchase a 2nd home here to be closer to our grandkids. She displayed great patience with us, driving from location to location each time we would fly in to condo shop. She knows the entire Denver & surrounding area markets well and understood our wants & needs. She would always text or call at just the right times - once, as we were pondering whether to call her to see a unit we had just stumbled upon, she texted at that exact moment to ask if there was anything she could do for us that evening. An hour later we were walking through the condo that is now ours! It wasn't as easy as we anticipated, but she walked us through each step, some while we were still in Colorado and others while we were back in the Midwest. We were never too far away, she was always just a call or text away. We were able to close electronically and she even picked up the keys and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived with our furniture. She gave us recommendations for services we were in need of and we know that even as we continue to settle in, she's readily available to answer any questions we may have. We are grateful we were introduced to Cindy and we highly recommend her!

Alex walked us through every step of the buying process, from what to expect when you first start looking at properties, all the way to closing, which is what we needed as first time homebuyers. Alex was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and clear throughout the entire process. At closing, the selling agent made it clear that Alex was the main reason why they went with us-- because Alex was so easy to work with and very obviously experienced. She fought for us extremely hard in this crazy market, we couldn't have done this without her!

We moved here from another state, Bayla took control of our purchase here in Colo with constant communications as we were dealing with selling ours in WA. Any hurdles that came along, she got over them. She is very skilled at what she does. Thank you Bayla for everything you did for us.
