I live out of state. Arnie went the extra miles to make sure the house was clean, ready to sell, and he helped orchestrate buyer requests as the sale progressed. Followed thru the entire process which is normal. But in this case the buyers appeared & wanted to proceed when he had a trip to Europe planned.
