A very difficult question with no guarantee. Dave, was able to show comparable renovated homes which helped for us to determine how much renovation we went with. The biggest value the Dave provided was his management of the renovations. We had already moved out of the area, prior to the renovations being completed. His management and referrals of contractors was priceless. Referring, directing and managing the work on a regular basis was indispensable. This, to us is what earned his commission.
