Initially worked with David and his team with the purchase of our first home 2 years ago. We decided to purchase a new build this fall and used David and his team to sell our current condo and assist with the purchase of the new build. Despite needing to quickly sell our condo, COVID, etc we were able to close the deal within 30days as required for the new build. David presented various marketing strategies to us to get the deal done. He responded quickly and effectively and we were very informed throughout the entire process. He was able to work out a deal so that we wouldn't have to move twice which is a total bonus! We have been working with Elizabeth throughout the process of the new build which will hopefully be completed next spring!
