For a home sale, she prepares a really nice market report and walks you through the process step by step, and she has lots of great tools at her disposal to make your property stand out and to market it. Mollie does great work - she had the photographer reshoot some photos of the property when they weren't up to her standards, and our listing online looked amazing. Our sale wasn't an easy sale due to an oversaturated market and the imperfect condition of the property. Mollie was positive and helpful the whole way through though - she followed up with all of the agents of people who toured the place for feedback, helped us decide on what to improve before selling, and overall got the sale over the finish line faster than the market average! In the sale, we encountered some tricky issues with both the buyer and the HOA as well, which caused a lot of stress. Mollie spent a ton of time talking through options with us, listening to our concerns, and helping us decide on the correct path forward and I feel like she really went above and beyond to take care of us throughout.
