We genuinely cannot recommend Stacie highly enough — 10/10 from start to finish. We first worked with her six years ago as first-time buyers, and when it came time to move again, there was never any question who we wanted to use. This time, Stacie helped us both sell our existing home and buy our new one. She is an absolute master of her craft. Her knowledge of the market, the buying and selling process, negotiations, contracts, and all the little details that come up along the way is incredible. On the selling side, she went far beyond simply listing our house — helping us with staging, sales strategy, positioning, and making sure we were doing everything possible to get the best outcome. What really separates Stacie, though, is that her service doesn't end at closing. Since moving into our new home, she has continued to help us with warranties, AC issues, questions about the house, and all sorts of things that realistically aren't even her responsibility anymore. She's always responsive, always willing to help, and genuinely cares about her clients. After working with Stacie twice over six years, she has become far more than just our realtor — we now consider her a friend. If you're looking for someone who knows absolutely everything about real estate, will fight your corner, and provides a level of service that goes well beyond what you'd expect from a realtor, Stacie is the person you want. We wouldn't use anyone else.
