It was the same day that my husband and I decided to begin shopping for new home. At the time we were not very knowledgeable about the current market and had only a general sense of what we could afford. During that first conversation, Kurt shared so much helpful information about the current market and interest rates. He painted a picture of the past market and explained the projections and possibilities for the near future. Thanks to Kurt, my husband and I came away from that first conversation feeling prepared and excited to begin the home search. Along the way Kurt was dedicated, reliable, knowledgeable and fun to work with. He responded quickly to all of our questions via email or text and was super on-the-ball about scheduling a viewing whenever we requested one. Kurt was also flexible and spontaneous. He shared helpful insights when questions or concerns came up about a home we were viewing. When we went under contract with the home we wanted, Kurt did a great job advocating on our behalf. He negotiated with the seller/listing agent for some important work to be done before closing and also ensured that we received some seller concessions. We are very happy with the home we purchased as well as the price we paid for it. Kurt's friendly attitude, honesty and integrity made what can sometimes be a difficult and discouraging process a positive and fruitful experience for us. We highly recommend Kurt Jalbert!
