He worked closely with us to narrow down what we were looking for using his in depth knowledge about the Denver area as well as the different types of home builds and potential issues and repairs that may arise. He was also not afraid to give us his honest thoughts about homes and neighborhoods which we greatly appreciated. Once we were ready to make an offer Dan moved quickly and helped us to negotiate a great deal. He also stayed on top of a few additional hurdles that arose during closing and made sure that we closed on time.
