This is the second time I have worked with Jennifer at the Erb/Steelman agency. She is knowledgeable and through in all of the details. Both times she did a great job communicating every step of the way. I am a bit of a worry wart, but she continued to reassure me that everything was moving along, and in the end she was correct. Anytime you are buying or selling a property, there is some stress, but Jennifer and her assistant Kathleen took all of that away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch agent.

Damon and his team went above and beyond in the sale of our home. The co-owner of the house put forth a lot of effort to make each step of the process painfully complicated. Based upon the severity of these actions, most realtors would have canceled the contract. Damon went above and beyond to help us through this process. I can’t say enough how grateful I am.
