We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

Working with Amy Lee has been one of the best real estate experiences I have ever had. I have both purchased a home and sold a home with her in Colorado, and each time she has delivered outstanding results. Amy Lee is truly on another level. She does not simply guide you through the process. She anticipates every need, handles every detail, and consistently stays several steps ahead from beginning to end. When selling my home most recently, we faced one challenge after another, including a dropped contract, unexpected repairs, and major issues with both the roof and the septic system. Through every setback, she took charge without hesitation. She coordinated with contractors, stayed in constant communication with all parties involved, and transformed a situation that should have been stressful into something I could manage. She never lost momentum.Amy Lee follows up on every lead, calls every person involved, and keeps you updated at all times. She was always in communication with the other realtor and handled countless details that would have easily been forgotten. She also caught errors in contracts more than once and protected my best interest every step of the way. She overlooks nothing.Amy Lee is proactive, organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and completely committed to doing things correctly. If something needs to happen, she is already working on it. She made both buying and selling incredibly smooth, even when circumstances were far from simple. If you want a realtor who treats your home, your time, and your peace of mind with genuine care, choose Amy Lee. She is exceptional in every possible way, and I recommend her without hesitation.
