Lauren gave us excellent and realistic evaluations with all issues in our last property sale. She was always very easy to reach and gave excellent input on the various contract negotiations. I highly recommend Lauren for any property purchase or sale that you may be entering into.

Staging, cleaning, professional handymen, recommendations, marketing strategies, photography professionals, and all communication was top notch. Stephanie brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, provided weekly updates and feedback from showings and buyers realtors and worked with me to get the best outcome. She listened and followed up on my concerns which made trusting that she had my best interest in mind, absolute. When the inspection returned some issues that needed resolved, she provided a list of professionals when I asked for some. I don’t trust many people but Stephanie earned my trust throughout this process to the point that I was asking for her advice, guidance, and opinions. She gave me space and time to think about options and made sure the agents were updated when I asked for more time. Her feedback was essential to making everything go smoothly. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Working with Kimberly was truly a great experience! My husband and I both sold our townhouse and purchased our new home with Kimberly. We had never done both at the same time and were nervous, but Kimberly explained and communicated everything so well at every step in the process. Armed with the knowledge Kimberly provided us with, we made confident and informed decisions throughout both the buying and selling processes. In addition, while navigating a tough market, we looked at over 40 homes in about 4 weeks. After a thorough onboarding, which included our "must haves" and preferences, Kimberly built our search portal and made strong recommendations. Looking at that many houses, Kimberly was always excited to point out key features we were looking for, but also provided honest feedback based on our showings. We are thrilled in our new home and are so grateful to Kimberly for helping us through the process.
