Ritta was committed to my journey from the very beginning when I came to her knowing that I was still tied to another house and was living in Columbus, not knowing when I would be able to move. Every time I came to town, she would work diligently to set up showings for houses I was interested in. She hung in there with me and when that other house sold, nothing changed, she was right on top of working for me. When I found the house I wanted, she negotiated and worked on my behalf to make sure the sale happened for me. She is very knowledgeable and attentive, not missing a beat. I am so thankful she was my Real Estate agent, interacting with her felt warm and understanding as if I were talking to a friend. Her honesty and integrity were above board. I am extremely happy with the results and my new house!!!

Kristy went above and beyond to make my home selling process the best it could have been. She is caring and thoughtful and knew exactly how to get top dollar for my house. Kristy really went to bat for me and I know she will for you too. Second best is not in her nature. If you are looking for a top drawer realtor, go with Kristy. She is simply the best

John reviewed current market trends along with homes similar to ours in the neighborhood to assist in establishing a starting point for pricing our home and tracked sold home prices. He was very active in advertising and showings for our property. John is very honest and personable and easy to work with. The fact is this is the second home he has represented me on and would use him again if the opportunity ever arose.
