I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

John reviewed current market trends along with homes similar to ours in the neighborhood to assist in establishing a starting point for pricing our home and tracked sold home prices. He was very active in advertising and showings for our property. John is very honest and personable and easy to work with. The fact is this is the second home he has represented me on and would use him again if the opportunity ever arose.
