Nieves was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and overall wonderful to work with. We've worked with realtors in Colorado and Florida through the years for investment purchases and sales, but for the sale of our personal home, we wanted to make sure that we chose someone special. Selling a home you have lived in for decades, raised your children in, and put years of care and remodel into is deeply personal and Nieves was the perfect for us. She was extremely helpful when pricing the home, but not overbearing, she gave us all of the facts and tools so that we could make a decision we were comfortable with. She left the final decision up to us but made sure we didn't undervalue or overvalue the home. I know we probably weren't easy to work with; I didn't realize how emotional and stressful preparing to sell your home can be, but she kept a cool, level head and was more than patient with us. From beginning to end she addressed all of our needs, and answered all of our questions no matter how trivial. She was very hands on and always showed up when we needed her, she even showed up the morning we moved out with breakfast, which turned out to be a blessing as we were about to make a 2000 mile journey. Since we moved out of state before the actual closing she was more than happy to step up and take care of certain things we weren't able to and for that we are deeply grateful. With her guidance, support, resources, advice and suggestions, we accepted an offer the day after it went on the market! She truly is a rockstar and we thank her for everything!
