As first time home buyers we were full of questions and uncertainty on how to go about the home buying process. Sheena answered anything we threw her way, helped us identify things to look at when touring homes, and overall made our home buying process smooth. I can't even count the number of houses she showed us along the way, but she was patient with us the whole time. Her knowledge and negotiation skills helped us win the offer on our house and we couldn't be happier. A big thank you to Sheena for being so amazing!

Constant communication

Phenomenal performance by a truly EXCEPTIONAL real estate professional! As a veteran homebuyer who has worked with many Realtors over the years, I can confidently say Sheena Crompton soundly outclassed them all. We will never work with another agent again—full stop. If you’re looking for a Realtor who truly knows the Colorado market, understands the nuances of negotiating transactions, and can seamlessly facilitate pre-sale home repairs or upgrades, look no further than Sheena. We just closed a high-stress home sale requiring over $50,000 in repairs. Sheena coordinated multiple trades—including plumbing, roofing, deck and fence work, interior/exterior paint, HVAC, staging, and lawn care—and still got the home listed and sold within a tight 30-day window. Her professionalism and work ethic are superior, and honestly, her commission is a bargain. She’s a "fire-and-forget" real estate cruise missile. Communicate your constraints, assign her the task, and let her get to work. You will not be disappointed—she is a MUST-HIRE!
