She was very helpful in our house search across Colorado Springs and was always willing to go to bat for us in this crazy market, especially since we used a VA loan so some sellers were hesitant. Melissa was really knowledgeable of all the areas we visited, did her research, was willing to pull up working permits to see what work had been done on the houses. Melissa was also very good at pointing out potential areas of concern, as a sort of preliminary inspector, which was very helpful. She’s definitely the one you want on your team when buying a house!
