Everything went perfectly smooth from listing to sale

Susan was patient with us as we spent a year searching for our next home in a specific area of town. The market was limited at the time. Whenever we found something we were interested in seeing Susan arranged a viewing promptly. The home we purchased is 80 years old and needed a fair amount of work to bring it up to code in some areas. As project manager of the process between accepted offer and closing, Susan created a firm schedule and communicated with all parties to ensure that work was underway and completed according to code. Once we found the house we purchased, Susan promptly listed our current home for sale and we had an offer within a week. She even brought us almost all of the moving boxes we needed when another client passed them on! Once we were moved into the new home she transported the boxes to yet another client who needed them. This was an unexpected but welcome favor. We appreciate Susan's excellent communication skills throughout the entire process of buying and selling. Her communication style is honest and upfront and we like that. Both of our closings went smoothly. Susan is professional, but we also feel that we made a new friend, which is a good thing, because we moved into her neighborhood!

I cannot praise Skip enough with his help throughout the entire process of selling my late mother's home. I didn't live in the same state, so he took care of everything including even installing some fire alarms at the last minute. He was very supportive throughout and did an exceptional job on every way imaginable. Using his vast knowledge of his profession, we were able to sell her house in good enough condition for a great price. I'd trust him with any future sales or purchases I had, but sadly I won't be able to use his services where I live. I cannot recommend him high enough for words alone, but you will be in great hands while using his services.
