We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

Luke loves what he does; that's apparent. He will find the home you're looking for. Luke was never too busy for phone calls or texts. He has a great knowledge for real estate. Luke also knows what to look for when purchasing a home. I found him to be enthusiastic, honest, determined & very friendly. He also has a vast referral list should anything come up. I would highly recommend him if you're buying or selling.
