Tracy is beyond wonderful as a realtor. She has Helped up sell and buy other homes through the years. She is so knowledgeable and tough when she needs to be. I know I’m in good hands. And beyond that, she is truly a good human being.

Tracy and her team are so attentive to your transaction. She did a market analysis before we listed it to know where our price should be. I received all the dates on the contract to add to my calendar after we went under contract so I would know what day things had to be done in order to sell my property. She has the house staged so it looks fresh and pretty and not baron. She had it set up so I get a text every time there is going to be a showing and had a beautiful flyer made for the box out front attached to her sign and on the counter inside. She is always up beat and happy to help. Her years of experience is priceless and so is having her and her team by your side in realstate.

Tracy is timely, honest. Very professional. Always a positive trouble shooter.
