A Pleasure to work with.

This is our third time using Steve for real estate transactions. There are several reasons why we continue to work with Steve, one being his easy-going personality. Nothing flusters him and he treats everyone involved in the buying and selling process with respect and kindness. Another is his knowledge of the real estate business in the Denver area. His years in the business have been helpful to us in both buying and selling with him. It’s important to find a realtor with lots of experience to help guide you through the sometimes challenging decisions and changes in real estate. Regie made it easy!

Regie made it easy from start to finish. She sold our house and helped get us into a new one in record time in a record market. We were expecting to take months to find a new home, but we closed on the two transactions just 2 weeks apart. She coached us on how to set up our home, provided wonderful pictures, got over 30 showings on our house, showed us each home we wanted to see, wrote an attractive offer, and brokered a deal that worked ideally for our family. In addition, she has connections with lenders, contractors, inspectors, etc. She has a skilled eye, knows what to look for, listens, and readily shares her expertise. Trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend!!
