Valerie knows the Golden area very well and followed my wishes regarding making the selling process go smoothly. I had an older home in a great area and I did not want to do a lot of remodeling, so I sold it as is. She had some great ideas about what I could do with staging and brochure photos using my furniture. She determined an asking price that was to my satisfaction and was targeted to sell quickly. I had 2 firm full price offers after the first open house and it's debut on the multiple listing service. She handled all the paperwork and arrangements for the closing.
