Ryan was exceptionally patient through this very challenging process. We were a contingent buyer, and it turns out there were a few other contingencies dependent on our purchase, so the timing had to be perfect. In the game of real estate, nothing is perfect though, and there were a few curve balls thrown by the folks buying our home. Ryan dealt with each one seamlessly and maintained a steady hand. I had no idea how emotional this process would be but none of it seemed to phase Ryan. I was more than impressed by his knowledge and experience dealing with similar situations.
