Ryan was exceptionally patient through this very challenging process. We were a contingent buyer, and it turns out there were a few other contingencies dependent on our purchase, so the timing had to be perfect. In the game of real estate, nothing is perfect though, and there were a few curve balls thrown by the folks buying our home. Ryan dealt with each one seamlessly and maintained a steady hand. I had no idea how emotional this process would be but none of it seemed to phase Ryan. I was more than impressed by his knowledge and experience dealing with similar situations. He's been in town a long time, and knew the realtors on both ends of the transactions well, which I think helped us in the end. He was able to negotiate without ruffling any feathers while also keeping to the specific timeline the lenders put in place. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out thanks to Ryan
