Carolyn worked with us through both the purchase and the sale of our house five years apart. She was always responsive, aided us when we wanted to view properties, made excellent recommendations once she got a feel for what we were looking for, and helped us negotiate at both the purchase and the sale.

Carolyn Andrews is the agent you want to work with; we wholeheartedly recommend Carolyn and her team. With her help, we sold our house very quickly and easily. She is top-notch in every way: she doesn’t waste a second, is personable and easy to get along with, is knowledgeable about and has in-depth experience in the market, communicates in a timely and focused manner, and she knows how to move through a complicated process smoothly and efficiently. She is a true professional and comes with the qualifications, honors, and awards to match. Personally, I am impressed that she is a "top-rated Endorsed Local Provider for the Dave Ramsey Organization," having been closely vetted to achieve this designation. I love that she “gives back” to her industry and community, by being a panelist and speaking at conferences, sitting on boards, and working with Veterans, among other endeavors. Yet, she made us feel like we were her only client. Her work ethic and principles show her outstanding character and drive for results. We wouldn't use anyone else

Working with Carolyn was a pleasant experience. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to sell my home quickly and I would highly recommend her services.
