He is able to put everything in perspective, what's important and what's a distraction. He is able to anticipate what's around the corner to keep ahead of the game. Thanks largely to Michael we were able to sell our house within a week for over asking price. Highly, highly recommended!!

Chris was amazing. I live out of state so she was there to take care all improvements. She lined up contractors make sure they did the work correctly. She even picked up supplies and returned the things we didn't us. I'm not sure I could have taken care of selling this condo without her
