Marybeth truly is a ROCKSTAR! I was very apprehensive about selling my home. I'm a widow and this was the first time being on my own in a real estate transaction. But, with Marybeth as my agent I actually wasn't alone. She helped me every step of the way. She gave me good advice at the beginning of this journey. I was prepared to spend a lot of money to make improvements to my home. She told me that wasn't necessary and saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation. Also, there was a bit of a glitch with the buyers in the middle of the transaction and Marybeth was there for me in a very calm manner. She gave me advice but never tried to force her opinions on me. She is great at communication and kept me up to date on all issues during the selling process. I have already recommended her to my son and some friends. And, I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.

Cathy is amazing. So incredibly knowledgeable about the tri-city area I was looking in. Helpful all the way. She got me in quickly to see the properties, answered any and all questions I had and worked well with the sellers agent. She responded to me days, nights and weekends. Went over and above excellence. It was such a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next home or if you wish to sell one.
