I recently worked with Michael Mahoney and his team to sell my Wash Park home. I can't thank him enough for the above and beyond efforts he made. Michael and his team saved me after an inexperienced realtor priced my home way above (25 -30%) the market. When I fired the realtor and took the listing down, I was a wreck. A trusted friend recommended Michael and I am eternally grateful for the recommendation. Micheal and his team stepped in and took over with amazing staging (thanks to Doris), photos and support. He priced my home with the market knowledge that I had previously hoped for. Micheal and his team's actions spoke louder than words to assure me immediately that I was in the right place. From the day we met until closing, I always felt that Michael had my best interest at heart and this was a huge comfort. Again, I cannot thank him and his Compass team enough for saving the day and selling my home!

My wife and I lived out of state and wanted a home in Denver. Art took us to our new home in Green Valley. We love this area, and we love our new home. While we lived out of state, Art was our eyes and ears in all aspects of our transactions. He attended meetings when we designed the house, negotiated the price, and met with the designer for our home and the closing. Even though we were never here in Denver, we were very confident while our house was being built. We were confident because we knew Art was looking out for our best interests.
