Holly had pragmatic and wise ideas of what we could do to prepare our house for sale. She would answer our questions at any hour of the day! She was super helpful….came over to help paint, often came over to take our dogs during showings & do last minute cleaning. Above all else we had great communication!

Holly was the best person we could’ve had on our house buying journey. I’ve personally known holly the majority of my life and when it came time to buy a house she was the first name that came to mind. She only showed us what we wanted to see and made sure to stick to our budget if not under. She handled negotiations seamlessly and I can confidently say this the easiest house buying experiences I’ve ever witnessed.

Holly was absolutely amazing in the purchase of my first home! She came prepared with a list of homes within my price range and worked within my non-negotiables. She came with a positive attitude to each home and had a vision for each home and space we looked at. She was so knowledgeable about every neighborhood in Denver and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs. Truly so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her. She was so kind, patient, and I never felt like my million questions were ever bothersome to her. She had an amazing team behind her to connect us with to finalize the process. I would absolutely work with Holly again!!
